1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong item received
• Missing item in the order

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Note: Custom-made products such as puja prasad, energized yantras, or personalized ritual items cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Prasad boxes, energized items, and ritual-based products
• Products that are used, tampered with, or not in original condition

3. How to Request a Return

Please provide the following details:

• Order ID
• Photo or video clearly showing the issue
• Reason for return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• For COD orders, bank or UPI details will be required

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched
• No cancellation for live or scheduled pujas once preparation has started
